3 This book is Fiction. In 1866 all of the ships need to find a sea monster it is The Mysterious Monster.

4: i choose this book because the cover of the book made me want to know what is this book about , and i love to read about the leagues that under the sea.

5 This is not my favorite because science this not my type, my type is Math and Sport, but sometime i like to read science book but is a comic book, like the book name 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

1. That is my present of my uncle gave to me when is my birthday.

2. Both of my present is a dog.

3. They are a smart dog i ever had.

4. They both like to watch movie with me and eat all of my popcorn.

5. They both have a same name but little bit different, it is Ichu and Pichu.

6. Ichu was a Boy puppy dog, and Pichu was a girl husky dog.

7. They both want to eat popcorn.

8. They were both 1 years old but my Pichu is Bigger than Ichu.

9. I love them when they run with me in a park.

10. I lost my Pichu when i was 10 years old.

11. My dad gave my Ichu to my uncle when i lost Pichu.

12. They make me relax and happy, i love to take care of my dog.

The message that the writer in trying to tell me is have many important stuff under the sea, and how they catch a  Fish. The Author try to said to everyone that never throw trash to the sea, and clean the world.

Reading Strategies

Reading Strategies     

         When i was read my book my mom always “Steve you must to know the reading strategies”. i always need to do the reading strategies. when i’m doing reading strategies i must to write vocabulary, summarize, questioning tower, evidence, prediction, Inference, connecting, visualization in the book. I use reading strategies when i read the book, before, during, and after I read, it help me to understand about my book, i will have a new words in my mind, and remember what i read before that, because i summarize my book, or wrote a new word in my notebook.When i use reading strategies it make me interesting when i read a book, because during i read i will stop about 1 minute to write what i read before and i will ask my self to what happen next, i can take a rest about 1 minute, then i continued to read my book. I can understand more about my book if i did the reading strategies because I remember what happened before so i can wrote in my note book. If i want to know what happen next, i will do the Prediction, it help me to know the feature of my books. that why my mom told me need to do reading strategies when i reading, i can do everywhere i want like school, home, when i have vacation, i can do somewhere i want. Sometime i don’t want to do reading strategies because it take my time of my homeworks, but when i’m free i can do reading strategies.

Reading Strategies help me a lot of thing when i’m reading. Summarize, prediction, inference, connection, visualization, questioning tower are reading strategies, i use that when i was reading.

Summarize help me to remember my book, write about 1 or 2 paragraph about the part that i read before, it summarize my book into a short story to tell me and make me easy to understand my book. Example of my book is Slam Dunk: “Hanamichi, and Rukawa are fighting to know who is the best basketball player”. that one i summarize my book into a short sentence.

Prediction help me to think what happen in the future. It help me to know what happen next in my books Slam Dunk. Prediction can be cool, and you can guess too.

Inference to write your own opinion about your book. Inference need to have an evidence to support your Inference.

Connection it mean to connect your book to yourself, to another the books, to the world. so it easy to me to understand my book. Example text to self: Hanamichi practice everyday so he can be a good basketball player, yourself: I’m practicing everyday so i can play in the AIS team. Text to Text: Hanamichi and Rukawa are fighting to know who is the best, another text: Wars, Vietnam and French was fight to get a country. Text to World: Hanamichi practice everyday so he can be a good basketball player, World: Lakers practice everyday to win every games in the season.

Visualization to draw my favorite scene in the part of my book, then write short sentence about the scene. Visualization to imaging about your book, if your book don’t have a picture you can image it up a draw it out.

          

Last thing is questioning tower it mean to ask yourself before, during, and after you read so you can know more about your book. Questioning Tower you can ask 2 question for each. It can connect to prediction and inference.
